Basement Bathroom Complete

This past Summer, we completed major renovation work on our basement and the space is now all finished. We are slowly completing the finish details room by room. Our new guest bathroom is finally done!

Here's two comparison shots of what the bathroom space looked like when we moved in and how it looks now:



Floors - White glossy hex tile with black and white border
Counter - Matte black granite ($200 from local scrap yard)
Lighting - Schoolhouse Electric: Butler in Antique Black with shade BL-2274-04-2.25
Faucet - Governor Chrome Widespread Bathroom Faucet with lever handles
Sink - Xylem-CUM198RWT Undermount Sink - 20" Rectangular Vitreous China in White
Vanity - Picked up at a local cabinet warehouse for $346--sanded, painted and added hardware
Hooks - White & Black Stripe hat hooks from Anthropologie
Shower Curtain -Stripe Shower Curtain in citron from West Elm
Accent Table - Cost Plus World Market
Towels - White Chevron Cotton Towels from Cost Plus World Market (LOVE these!)

    I LOVE so many things about this room. The vanity, the tile, the lighs, the hardware... nice job!

      Hi Shasha -- We called up the guys who installed our kitchen counters last year and let them know we were in the market for a small piece of granite. They let us go to their shop and pick through their project left-overs. If you have an installer, I would try that route. Otherwise, I'd be happy to pass along the name of who we used--they were great! Let me know.
